Guys, there's no reason for not being in shape.
I don't care about your lifestyle or responsibilities, they're two basic exercises that will keep you fit and strong.
And I know you're familiar with them, so let's get to it!
Push-ups: All you need is a little space. A stairwell will do, especially for incline and decline positions.
Squats: If you can bend your knees, you’re good. (Add lunges and calf raises for variety.)
Run this workout every other day, add reps each week.
It's that simple.
But you need to make it happen.
Don't short-change yourself.
Kill off excuses!
Dedication is vital for creating the body you've always wanted.
